Shelley is our Lead Client Service Specialist at Northern Animal Clinic and has been a part of the NAC team since 2005. She always goes the extra mile for our clients and their pets. If she doesn't know the answer, she will be sure to find it for you! Shelley loves seeing all of our wonderful patients every day and enjoys getting to know each of their unique personalities. You’ll know her when you see her…she’s the one with the big smile on her face!

In her spare time, Shelley enjoys spending time with her 2 grandsons and her daughter, painting, and likes to ride bikes and hike with her husband Rudy. She has one dog, Jackson.

Cheryl

Cheryl had been a long-time client of Northern Animal Clinic before joining our team as a Client Service Specialist in 2015.  She is a big animal lover, and says this is her favorite job ever!  Cheryl is friendly and compassionate, and does her best to help clients with their questions and resolving problems. She is a good listener, and enjoys hearing from clients about their pets. 

Cheryl has two dogs, Laila and Junior; and two cats, Stella and Mya. 

Beth

Beth has been bringing her dogs to Northern Animal Clinic long before she started working here in 2017. She loves working with a group of people who all love and care about animals like she does.  Spending each day getting to know clients and their treasured, furry "kids" is a wonderful way to spend the day!

Beth has three dogs Copper (pictured), Radar and Rosie.  All are rescues from the humane society.  Beth spends time with her husband Ernie and her beloved fur-babies.  She enjoys furry creatures, photography, sparkles, coffee, rainbows and naps.

HAILEY

Hailey has been a client service specialist since 2021. She has a huge love for animals and has her own photography business where she shoots weddings, family photos, pets (her favorite!) and so much more. She spends her time with photography, traveling, painting, and spending days on the lake. Hailey has two dogs, Zeek and Skylla. Zeek is an XL pitbull and Skylla is a nice blend of everything as she was a rescue from the midland humane society. Hailey is a big pitbull advocate and she will go on about what amazing dogs they are if you let her!
