Since graduating from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University in 1994, Dr. Marcy Carlson has been a part of the Northern Animal Clinic team. Dr. Carlson thoroughly enjoys the family-pet bond through her work in the animal hospital and helping to build a successful staff and practice. She has a special interest in rabbits and pocket pets. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband Bill, dog Bogie and cats Duncan and Jacque. She is also an avid bicyclist and downhill skier.

Dr. Christina Steward grew up in the Upper Peninsula before moving to East Lansing to attend Michigan State University. She graduated from MSU College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. Dr. Steward previously practiced in Fenton, Michigan, before joining Northern Animal Clinic in 2002. She lives in Auburn with her husband Tim, dogs Sergei & Dexter, and cat Blue. Dr. Steward is committed to continuing the tradition of excellent veterinary medicine that has been established at Northern Animal Clinic, and always expanding our knowledge in order to further improve patient care. In 2005 Dr. Steward and Dr. Winter purchased Northern Animal Clinic from the previous owners when they retired.

Dr. Dawn Winter graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. She practiced for 1 ½ years in the Detroit area before moving to Midland with her husband Tony. They have 4 boys at home: sons Carson and Parker, dog Boomer, and cat Sparty. Dr. Winter enjoys being a part of the Northern Animal Clinic team and a part of the Midland Community. In 2005 Dr. Winter and Dr. Steward purchased Northern Animal Clinic from the previous owners when they retired.
