Appointments

Appointments are preferred for routine visits. Those arriving without a previously scheduled appointment may be seen as time allows, after those patients with scheduled appointment times.

Patients in need of emergency or urgent care will receive top priority. If possible, please call ahead so that we know to expect you and to be sure that there is a doctor available.

We try to remain on schedule and to limit waiting times to a minimum. If we have a situation that takes us behind schedule, we will attempt to contact those appointments that may be affected. Also, if you are running behind for your appointment, or need to reschedule, please let us know!

If your schedule does not allow a regularly scheduled appointment, we may be able to schedule an in-clinic exam, where your pet will be admitted for an exam as the schedule allows (usually within 1-2 hours). We will then contact you with our findings and recommendations for tests and/or treatment.

Safety

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area and exam room.

All cats must be in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.

Your pet may be calm off-leash at home, but the presence of other dogs & cats may adversely affect any pet. Plus, we are located on a busy road and wish to prevent any possible accidents.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Care Credit (CareCredit.com) cash and personal checks.
